How is this different from a normal security quote or free site assessment?
A standard quote is a salesperson's opinion based on a 30-minute walkthrough. The Trifonics pilot is 14 days of live, independent data from your actual site. You receive a quantified risk profile, incident logs, and heatmaps — not a supplier's estimate of what they think you need. The intelligence belongs to you regardless of what you decide afterwards.
Can we use our existing cameras as part of the pilot?
Yes. The Mobile Surveillance Unit is designed to complement your existing infrastructure. During the scoping process, our technical team assesses your current setup and integrates where compatible. Part of what the pilot evaluates is the effectiveness of your existing cameras — so your current system is very much part of the analysis.
What happens after the pilot if we say yes or no?
If you say yes: We present a tailored security blueprint and a 36–60 month rent-to-own proposal covering monitoring, equipment and maintenance. Your deposit is credited in full toward the solution. If you approved within 30 days, you also receive the R28,800 AI-Enhanced Monitoring Pack at no charge.

If you say no: Your deposit is refunded in full after the debrief. You keep the full Risk & Incident Report. There is no pressure and no follow-up sales process.
How does the pilot deposit work exactly?
The deposit is paid after your application is approved to confirm and reserve your specific pilot slot. It serves two purposes: it confirms that you are a decision-maker with authority to proceed, and it ensures we allocate our limited control room capacity to businesses that are genuinely evaluating a solution. It is credited in full if you proceed, or refunded in full after the debrief if you don't. No conditions, no fine print.
How quickly can deployment happen after approval?
Once your application is approved and the reservation deposit is confirmed, deployment typically happens within 48 to 72 hours. Our technical team coordinates the site visit, unit positioning and control room connection with minimal disruption to your operations.
What types of sites qualify for the pilot?
The pilot is best suited to warehouses, logistics and distribution sites, industrial and manufacturing premises, business parks, large retail sites, and high-risk commercial locations where documented security incidents, after-hours exposure, or insurance pressure makes the ROI on monitoring clear. We accept applications from businesses with an authorised decision-maker who can review and act on the pilot findings.
